Transfer fees and selling costs
The Realty Transfer Fee uses published New Jersey rate schedules. The Graduated Percent Fee is calculated separately on qualifying consideration over $1,000,000; its applicable rate applies to the whole consideration.
Select an exemption only after confirming eligibility with your closing attorney. This simplified estimator does not cover every transaction class or special schedule, including new construction. It excludes income taxes and nonresident withholding.
